Our services range from feasibility studies and market analysis, project and property management, target marketing, and construction from design to turnkey facilities for offices commercial and industrial space. Our target marketing strategy is aimed at finding the best use for the property or project.
 

In the early 1980’s we saw a need for an affordable office and warehouse space format that would cater to the needs of businesses. In response, we began promoting a new industrial format that offered flexibility and the possibility of ownership. Park Square, Inc. has evolved from a brokerage firm selling and leasing space into a development team to CREATE and market business centers that offer a variety of flex space combinations for businesses.

Westpark Business Center in Pequannock, about a 300,000 s.f. complex, has completed the third building and will break ground on the 4th and final building of 24,000 s.f. in October 2005.

 

The Shoppes at Union Hill is a recent example of one of our shopping center designs that accommodates both large and small retail businesses.

Future projects include Southpark at the Flemington Trade Center, Flemington, NJ, now in its design stage and a 40-50,000 s.f. Light Industrial/Manufacturing flexspace facility with a possible rail stub in Mansfield Township, Warren County, NJ.
